Local Viking allows for a few ways to answer your GMB questions. There is a Questions tab in your profile that allows you to click on questions and provide answers (or edit existing answers). If there are things that you’d like your customers to be aware of, you are also able to post questions of your own through Local Viking, and then answer your own questions with the pertinent information.
In addition to that, we have an option to bulk upload questions and answers using a CSV. The CSV formatting is as simple as it gets. There are only two columns, one for questions and the other for answers.
