What is a Third party? A "Third party (3P)" is an authorized agency that manages business information on Google My Business for a business they don’t own.  Your third party business must act in a fair and transparent manner.  Failure to do so can cause your listing or your entire account to become suspended.

Third parties often charge management fees for services involving Google My Business.  If a fee is charged, the customers must be told that Google My Business is a free service.  If a customer no longer wants to work with your third party company, you must release the listing back to the business in 7 days.
