Google is a search engine. The purpose of a search engine is to find information that's publicly available on the web. If you click a search result and see the information on a website, the first thing you need to do is to contact the webmaster of that website and request that the information be removed. Google cannot help you with that — Google has no control over what is published on the web.
 
Once the information has been removed from the website, it should disappear from search engine results.
 
While Google will not normally remove a search result if the information is still publicly available on a website, a search result may be removed if it relates to:
National identification numbers like U.S. Social Security Number, Argentine Single Tax Identification Number, Brazil Cadastro de pessoas Físicas, Korea Resident Registration Number, China Resident Identity Card, etc.
Bank account numbers
Credit card numbers
Images of signatures
Nude or sexually explicit images that were uploaded or shared without your consent
Confidential, personal medical records of private people
